Colorful Easter Tablescape
With Easter just around the corner, I thought it would be fun to share a colorful Easter tablescape idea!
Are you guys ready for the Easter holiday weekend?
We still have a few things to finalize but our “Easter At Home” plans are coming together pretty well. It’s definitely going to be an Easter we’ll never forget!
Creating a Colorful Easter Tablescape…
Easter is one of our favorite holidays to spend as a family and I know it is for so many of you too.
We love being together and hanging out, sharing recipes, makeup tips and celebrating sweet memories with each other.
I think now more than ever, we’ve all realized the importance of gathering around the table and sharing a meal together no matter what the season or holiday.
My mom is definitely one of those people that goes all out with her Easter decor.
She decorates with bunnies and carrots and flowers and lots of spring colors. Everywhere you look it’s seriously gorgeous.
But if you don’t have time for all of that don’t even sweat it.
I know we’ve all been busy trying to navigate a new normal, create solid routines and handle the challenges of working and schooling from home.
Life just gets nuts sometimes and we totally get it.
Find Spring Inspiration…
We also understand when you’re trying to make a holiday feel special while simultaneously trying to balance the demands of life you need something that’s quick and easy.
As well as something that can be easily transitioned from one season to the next without a lot of fuss, time or extra expense.
If Spring has taught us anything this year it’s that we can all get creative and use things we already have on hand at home to make a colorful Easter tablescape.
Use What You Have…
These moss placemats take just a few minutes to create and can be used throughout the year in multiple seasons.
This pink Haviland pattern is similar to the green Haviland pattern I used on our Spring Flowers Inspired Tablescape.
Swapping out the green pattern for the pink pattern is a simple way to change things up without a lot of effort.
The green depression glass bowls were a gift from my Granny many years ago. I filled them with inexpensive raffia and diy robin eggs.
Aren’t these chicken napkin rings cute? They remind me of ironstone.
I picked up these pale pink napkins on one of our many treasure hunting trips. The color is perfect for spring and garden parties and they were really inexpensive too!
We made these jadeite inspired cupcake stands along with the DIY European Farmhouse Inspired Cake Stand which we use all the time.
They’re both so versatile and add farmhouse charm to any occasion.
Embrace Nature…
I found this crock at the Renninger’s Extravaganza a few years ago and filled it with hydrangeas and clippings from around the property.
The arrangement turned out like my hair…totally wild…because our Bridal Bush is still blooming out front.
It’s also another a gentle reminder to work with what you have ?
Speaking of using what you have, this floral fabric is actually a curtain panel! It’s super easy to use as a pillow cover, table runner or even a picnic blanket.
As you guys know, I’m usually a neutrals girl and most everything in our home is bathed in shades of white, gray, linen and woodgrain.
But it’s been fun to enjoy pops of color inside the house lately. I think the Easter Bunny is going to feel right at home with this colorful Easter tablescape.

I loved your little bowls, which I do have a bunch of…though I seldom show them, or food for that matter, since at this point I am a “wing-it” cook.
Love the soft pinks, and you can never go wrong for green on a table. And I do love the simplicity of a few eggs, and yes, two people doesnt’ really make a party does it. Thanks for posting this though, will save for next year!

Coco, such a sweet Easter table. I love the Jadite. I use curtains, throws and definitely pillow cases all the time. The crock full of luscious flowers is lovely. Such a pretty Easter Table. Hugs and Easter blessings to you.
Thank you, Linda! It’s so much easier to use table runner alternatives like curtain panels, throws, and pillowcases when you’re trying to use what you have at home. I think about cutting that curtain panel up into pillows all the time but it’s the only piece I have so I haven’t been able to do it quite yet 🙂 I hope your Easter weekend is a blessed one, hugs, CoCo

This is such a calming post that I have read the first thing in the morning. Yes, Easter is going to be a little weird this year as my girls had to alter some plans and instead are going to celebrate virtually on zoom calling with their friends.
Your table looks so attractive and simply put, it looks posh! And you show in such a calmness that if someone puts their mind into diy’ing, the outcome can be far therapeutic and more rewarding.
